Public Group Workshops are 3-4 hours, Ages 13 & up. 5+ students. $125 ea.

Personal Training Classes and ALL Workshops come with take home review materials and Certificate of Completion. Please come wearing something comfortable to move in as you will be up and moving. Safety gear will be provided.

Personal Training Options
• The Essentials Package - Private is $200. Semi-Private (2-4 people) is $150.

• The Advanced Package - Private is $250. Semi-Private (2-4 people) is $200.
    - Prerequisite: Essentials Training.

• The Total Personal Training Package - $400 ea. The course is 6-8 hours and covers basic and advanced techniques and may be divided in separate sessions.

These classes are for ages 5-7 and 8-12. Children are precious. We need to teach them, show them and empower them to be safe. They are our future and deserve to live happy, productive lives without the fear of being victimized. We teach a fun 10 hour multi-sensory, educational, curriculum based program.
